Our Story

CrossView Referral Realty, LLC was founded by the same owners, Jennifer and Scott Hendry, as CrossView Realty, Inc. and CrossView Property Management, LLC. Although all three are different companies, each business maintains the same Christ-Centered core values.

CrossView Referral Realty was created out of a need for one of our agents who moved out of Florida. He didn’t want to give up his Florida real estate license as he still had past customers calling him even after he left the state. CrossView Referral Realty was a win-win for everyone. He was able to use his license (and make money) by referring his customers to CrossView Realty to be helped and our CrossView Realty agents benefited from that referral.

Our goal for CrossView Referral Realty is to provide a place where a licensed Florida real estate professional who can’t or doesn’t want to practice real estate, can hang their license. A place they can feel confident that any referral they send will be taken care of as if they were working it themselves.
