FAQs
Do I pay ongoing fees?
No. There are no annual, monthly, MLS or board dues. You only pay a one-time enrollment fee and then earn on referrals without further cost. (NOTE: you are still responsible to keep up your DBPR bi-annual fee and continuing education)
Can I live outside Florida?
Yes. As long as your Florida real estate license is active, your physical residence doesn’t affect your eligibility.
Do I need MLS access or active listings?
No. As a referral-only agent, you won’t hold listings. Your job is simply referring clients — the processing, paperwork, and closing is handled by the receiving agent and brokerage.
How quickly can I start referring?
Immediately after your license transfer is completed and your welcome email is sent. You can refer leads right away — no waiting periods or production minimums.
